Chamber Concert Series at Phelps

On Sunday, October 16th at 3:00pm the Phelps Mansion Museum will present violinist Anna Elashvili and pianist Luba Poliak during its Chamber Concert Series at 191 Court Street in Binghamton.

Anna Elashvili was the first violinist in the Bryant Park String Quartet. They gave their final concert as a quartet at the Phelps, and then disbanded. Anna is finding other avenues to express her musical talents. She is teaching at Bard College and has given solo recital programs in collaboration with Luba Poliak at the piano.

Poliak is a very active soloist and chamber musician. Her recent performances have included a solo recital at the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concert Series in Chicago, the Embassy Series in Washington, DC, as well as recitals at the 92nd Street Y in New York, Jordan Hall in Boston, Dudley Hall in Houston, and numerous other appearances in venues around the country.
