Project Learning Tree (PLT) takes an interdisciplinary, hands-on approach to learning. “Environmental Experiences for Early Childhood” is designed for educators to engage children ages 3 to 6 in outdoor exploration and play by integrating investigations of nature with art, literature, math, music, and movement. Workshop attendees receive a curriculum guide and music CD to help facilitate learning experiences both indoors and outdoors. The guide provides benchmarks and objectives to evaluate learning.
