Never worry about getting lost again! Join Friends of Rogers to learn navigation skills using map and compass with a NYS Licensed Outdoor Guide from Cruz Outdoors. Participants will then set their bearings and head off into the woods to complete an Orienteering Challenge course with the chance to win prizes.
Recommended for ages 10 and up; no prior experience is needed. Maps and compasses will be provided.
Pre-register by noon on August 17; individual admission is $8 per member and $14 for not-yet-members or $10 for teams of two (2) who are Friends of Rogers members and $18 for those teams of two (2) who are not-yet-members. To register, call (607) 674-4733, or email sr.educator@FriendsofRogers.org.
